1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website and services provided by Skillforce.

"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform, including buyers, pros, and Skillpros.

"Skillpro or Pro" refers to a user who offers services through the platform.

"Buyer" refers to a user who purchases services from Skillpros through the platform.

"Services" refers to the consulting, freelance, or skill management services provided by Skillpros to buyers.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms.

4. Services and Transactions

Engagement: Clients may engage Skillpros for services through the platform. All engagements are governed by the terms agreed upon by the client and Skillpro, including deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Payments: Payments for services must be made through the platform. The platform may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a client and Skillpro, the platform may, but is not obligated to, assist in resolving the dispute. Any resolution will be at the discretion of the platform.

5. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: The platform may charge fees for its services, including transaction fees, subscription fees, or service fees. All fees will be clearly disclosed before the completion of any transaction.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Refunds: Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the platform based on the specific circumstances of each transaction.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities while using the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, posting false information, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in discriminatory practices.

Content: Users are responsible for the content they post on the platform. You grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute any content you post.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillforce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillforce, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
