• Use of the Platform

• You may use the Platform to access our Services subject to these Terms.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering as a User on the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
• You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

• Skillpro Services

• Skillpros must provide accurate and complete information about their services when creating a profile on the Platform.
• Skillpros are responsible for delivering services in a timely and professional manner.
• Skillpros must communicate clearly with Clients about the scope, timeline, and cost of their services.
• Skillpros may not contact Clients directly outside of the Platform without our permission.

• Client Services

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their job or project when posting it on the Platform.
• Clients are responsible for paying Skillpros for their services.
• Clients must communicate clearly with Skillpros about their expectations, timelines, and budgets.

• Payments

• Payments will be processed through the Platform.
• Skillpros will receive payment only after completing the services as per the scope and timeline agreed upon with the Client.
• The Platform will deduct a fee from each transaction to cover the cost of providing our services.

• Prohibited Activities

• You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not post any false, misleading, or defamatory information on the Platform.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• You may not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other Users.

• Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason.
• If your account is terminated, you may not create another account without our permission.
• Termination will not relieve you of any obligation to pay for services rendered or received.
• You may not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other Users.

• Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform is the property of the Platform or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
